The English midfield man had a ropey start to his Rangers career, yet he’s quickly turned things around.
Steven Gerrard trusted the ex-Sheffield United man in a holding role on Saturday and it paid off.
‘He was an absolute powerhouse today’.

Lundstram was simply incredible.
He dealt with everything that came his way and dictated play at times too in the Gers’ 1-0 win over Dundee.
Gerrard must be lauded for opting to move for Lundstram, even if at first he appeared to have it got wrong.

He did it all against Dundee at Dens Park, contributing in attack and defence.
Not only did the 27-year-old make 2 key passes and complete 3 dribbles, but he also put in 2 tackles on the day (WhoScored).

His imperious performance made him one of those who the fans were in awe of come the full-time whistle, and with good reason.
The Gers will be keen to see more of the same in the next few weeks.
Next up for Lundstram and co is a trip to Slavia Prague in the Europa League.
That game will certainly not be easy and the Glasgow side will be desperate to bounce back from defeat at home to Lyon last time.
If Lundstram can be on top of his game, though, the Gers can edge it.
There is no doubt that the 27-year-old just needed to settle into life at Rangers.
Now that he’s finding his feet, though, this performances should become far more consistent.
What do the fans think?
I was one who didn’t particularly rate Lundstram, but happy to hold my hands up and say his last couple of games have been outstanding. Liked his muscle and fight today.
