Rangers have unveiled their new lilac third kit - and immediately announced they have been forced to debut it at home TONIGHT against Malmo.
The Ibrox outfit had planned to release the kit at a later date but thanks to their Champions League opponents being unable to wear another jersey, they confirmed they will wear it at Ibrox this evening.
Sharing snaps of the new strip they wrote in a statement: "Ahead of our Champions League clash at Ibrox, Rangers and Castore are delighted to unveil our striking 2021/2022 third kit.
"This highly-anticipated kit was originally scheduled to launch later this month but due to the limited kit options made available by tonight’s opponents, UEFA’s regulations stipulate that Rangers must debut the kit tonight.
"The lilac kit will be worn in front of over 50,000 supporters this evening and is available online now."
Gers face their Swedish foes in the second-leg after a 2-1 defeat last week.
Steven Davis bagged a stunning strike in the final few moments of the game.
